The 2022 Gartner® Hype Cycle™ for Life Science Commercial Operations¹ “provides CIOs with strategy input by tracking maturity levels and adoption rates of key technologies to guide their strategic commercialization planning and investments.”
For the second year, Hyntelo is recognized as a sample vendor for Advanced Decision Support for Sales, after being listed for the category in the 2021 report. Hyntelo was named a Sample Vendor in the 2021 Hype Cycle report under the name Sixth Sense. The company was renamed ‘Hyntelo’ in 2022.
According to the report, ADSS tools enable life science organizations to:
- Identify the optimal period to visit HCPs to deliver the most appropriate message based on HCPs’ preferences.
- Assist with diagnosing key performance issues and developing tactics for remediation.
- Learn from and institutionalize best practices from top-performing sales reps, helping newer and underperforming sales reps improve their performance.
The report also states: “ADSS tools will enable organizations to derive greater ROI from existing investments in people and technology.”
